How We Operate
We operate as a merchant exporter: we source from WHO-GMP certified Indian manufacturing partners and handle the export transaction, documentation and buyer relationship. We do not operate our own manufacturing facilities, and we do not claim certifications, registrations or approvals that belong to our manufacturing partners as our own — where a product's compliance rests on a manufacturer's WHO-GMP status or COPP, we say so plainly.
This is a B2B platform, not a consumer pharmacy. We work with licensed buyers who hold the import authorisation for their own country, and we do not sell prescription medicines directly to individual consumers.

Every enquiry runs through the same discipline: confirm the product and manufacturing partner, check current export and prescription status against the specific destination, and provide complete, accurate documentation. We would rather tell a buyer a product needs further verification than overstate what we can deliver.
