Where you upload a product list or RFQ document, we collect that file.

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, coordinate documentation with manufacturing partners, and maintain a record of the B2B relationship. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Inquiry List (Local Storage)

Products you add to your inquiry list are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers, until you submit the inquiry form. Clearing your browser data will clear this list.

Data Retention

We retain enquiry and quotation records for as long as reasonably necessary to service the business relationship and meet applicable legal and export documentation requirements.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you've submitted by contacting us at export@indiapharmaexport.com.

Analytics

We may use standard web analytics tools to understand aggregate site usage (page views, product searches, form completions). This does not identify you personally beyond what you voluntarily submit through a form.
